FAQ

Questions about care after an accident?

Straightforward answers about appointments, insurance, treatment, attorney coordination, and what to expect.

Getting Started

What should I do after a car accident?

If you have severe pain, trouble breathing, loss of consciousness, major bleeding, or another potentially life-threatening symptom, call 911 or go to an emergency department. If your condition is not an emergency, contact Dr. Ibolit to discuss an evaluation and the next step.

How soon can I be seen?

Same-day or next-day appointments may be available. Call us and our team will confirm availability.

Can I schedule directly through the website?

Appointments are scheduled by phone. Call 360.737.9665; our Call Center is available 24/7, and our team will find the right provider and appointment time for you.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Bring:

  • Photo identification
  • Auto insurance information
  • Claim number, if available
  • Accident date
  • Attorney information, if applicable
  • Relevant medical records or imaging, if available
  • A list of current medications and health concerns

Do not send sensitive medical information by ordinary email or text.

Insurance and Payment

Do you verify auto insurance coverage?

Yes. Our team can collect your claim information and verify the available coverage before or during the intake process.

Are there upfront costs?

Qualified auto-accident patients may be able to begin care without an upfront payment, depending on coverage and case details. Our team will verify eligibility and explain the financial arrangement before making commitments.

Do you accept regular health insurance?

Coverage depends on the type of care and the patient’s policy. Contact our team so we can verify current participation and benefits.

What happens if my available auto coverage changes?

Our team will explain the available next steps and coordinate with you and your attorney when authorized. Coverage is not guaranteed.

Treatment

What services do you provide?

Dr. Ibolit offers chiropractic care, massage therapy, therapeutic rehabilitation exercises, soft-tissue treatment, personalized recovery plans, and red light laser treatment.

Will I receive every service you offer?

No. Your provider recommends only the services that fit your evaluation, needs, and progress.

How is my recovery plan created?

Your plan is based on your medical history, accident, symptoms, examination, functional limitations, and response to care.

How long will treatment take?

Recovery timelines vary. Your provider will review your progress and explain whether the plan should continue, change, or conclude.

Do you treat patients who were not in a car accident?

Yes. Auto accident recovery is a primary specialty, but the clinic may also provide chiropractic, massage, rehabilitation, and laser services for other needs. Contact the clinic to determine whether the service is a good fit.

Attorneys and Documentation

Do I need an attorney before starting care?

No. You can contact the clinic directly. The clinic does not provide legal advice.

Can you communicate with my attorney?

Yes. With your authorization, our team can coordinate appropriate communication and respond to record requests.

Safety

What if my symptoms become worse?

Contact your provider about meaningful changes. For severe, sudden, or life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or seek emergency care immediately.

Not sure which service you need?

You do not need to choose the correct treatment before contacting us. Tell us what happened, and our team will guide you to the appropriate first step.
